Franklin Residents Directory is a private reference to public indexes, record custodians, and directory collections relevant to Franklin, Tennessee. It does not host government records and is not connected with a government office, court, library, or custodian.
2. Permitted Use
Use this service only for lawful purposes. You may not use it, or information reached through it, to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate someone protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions involving credit, employment, tenant screening, or insurance
- Scrape, copy, or republish content at scale
- Disrupt the service’s operation or security
3. No Consumer Reports
Franklin Residents Directory is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. Neither the material here nor a result from a linked search tool is a consumer report. Do not use it to decide eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another FCRA-covered purpose.

Government portals and third-party services, including sponsored search tools, operate under their own terms and policies. Their content, availability, fees, and information practices are outside our control.

12. Severability
If a provision of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
